This isn't spam. Looking for a good exercise book to buy

I'm planning on returning to the gym sometime this year (though I still retain residual fitness by jogging), but I want it to be productive and focused this time. So before donning my tracksuit gear and trainers. I want to buy a book or two. What I'm specifically wanting are books that not only
1) Name the exercise
2) Detail how it's done
3) Name the affected muscle groups

* But also have a diagram of the body that shows where the muscle groups are. *

I notice some gyms have a few posters on the walls that detail this, but they are few and far between and not complete. What I want is an entire book on this topic.

Does anyone have any suggestions, even a web site that covers the topic comprehensively would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

There are many websites that have lots of info on bodybuilding programs, but beware of the ones that only try to sell you stuff. Bodybuilding.com is a great site that you can browse around on and find what you are looking for and has free exercise illustrations and many good programs depending on your goals. Lee Hayward's website has some great useful info at http://www.leehayward.com/workout_programs/
Also, a great book on bodybuilding is "Packing-On Muscle Max-OT Style!" by Skip La Cour, hope this helps.
